Uli Westphal, a German artist, photographed these fruits and vegetables from a Farmers Market in Berlin. How funny that the ones in the supermarket have to look a certain way, these ones are much more fun!
This beautiful video was filmed entirely on a mobile phone which is pretty impressive, and it is so heart-warmingly lovely it is easy to see why it won the Nokia Shorts competition this year.

I heart Yarn Bombing.
This beautifully stripey tree is the work of Knitta Please who are credited with starting the yarn bombing movement! They also have a great flickr group where you can share pictures of yarn bombing.
Beautiful piles of peonies from Jordan Ferney’s blog Oh Happy Day.
Jordan and her family moved to Paris for no particular reason and consequently she has some amazing tips for spending time in the city- it’s a must read for anyone visiting the city (or anyone who wants to dream about it).
A lovely afternoon treat of homemade Jamie Oliver brownies (I would suggest halfing the recipe) and a yummy cup of tea in my favourite mug, which was Christmas gift from eteaket.
Photo taken by me.
I have been inspired by Wimbeldon which seems to be on every telly this week. A quick Google found Joy of Baking has a lovely, novel way to serve this classic treat.
Apparently it is International Picnic Day today, here are some lovely images of a romantic picnic for two and how cool is this rooftop picnic!
Image from the cover of the new Serena & Lily Catalogue- Now I want to put tassles on my bike’s handles…
